Here is how the current administration undercuts programs that work to make bridges between the USA and the world. Just as Voice of America (which is not without its critics) became a model for the world with 24 hour broadcasts, it is facing cost-cutting that will reduce its impact. Is the saving in dollars going to be worth the loss of voice across the globe?
