MSM discovers what the Cluetrain told us ten years ago

My gosh, a blog that is honestly written by a company employee can enhance business and customer relations. Better late than never, I guess. As for the lawyers' opinions and the dangers of blogging, maybe the need for lawyers will fall off as people can connect and communicate more easily...Blogging the Hand That Feeds You - New York Times: "Rather than fight this trend and quietly hope that employees don’t reveal trade secrets, many companies are welcoming business blogs.
