Mistakes to avoid-- don't just throw bcast and print together, don't just lard onto old classes, at some point you need to bring in new curricula, syllabii that are built around the new roles. Not everybody can be trained as a multiskill journalist--it is better to teach basics to all, and then specialize in one of the concentrations. What barriers will we encounter? 1. Student resistance.
